My super power is making the complex things simple and easy. In my work with our students, I lead them step by step through the scientific process – from topic selection to the final defence of a dissertation. The best reward is the happiness I see in the eyes of the graduated Doctor!

I love the process of turning ideas and practical know-how into valuable academic or business legacy. My job is to assure that we inspire, guide and fully support our students, so that they can focus entirely on the creative side of their work. This is when the magic happens.

I am driven by lifelong learning and my passion belongs to education. I strive to get to know the students' dissertation topics and give constant and frequent feedback. My work gives me the opportunity to connect personally with many students who become my friends in the end.

Мy job is to supervise our students scientifically. I help them form the right research questions and hypotheses, as well as choosing the most suitable research methods. I also guide them on how to successfully develop their research concept and the basics of their dissertation. 

I thrive on communication, connecting people, and supporting their growth. My focus is always on creating a positive, structured, and motivating environment. It’s all about bringing out the best in people and building strong, goal-oriented connections.

Helping people achieve great heights in education is the spark that keeps me going day by day. I guide motivated individuals like you, step by step, to make the most out of their doctoral studies, so you can stay focused on the things that matter most.

I love working according to the motto “We rise by lifting others!” and being a mutual mentor and mentee for my coworkers but also an adorable friend. That’s what makes work fun and what gives me lots of opportunities and creative ideas.

I am responsible for organising the legal and commercial communication related to our doctoral programmes, as well as providing a comprehensive administrative support to the new applicants. I bring the necessary clarity, order and focus to all the students who join our studies.

My role involves guiding new applicants through the initial stages of the program, ensuring they have the necessary information and correct documentation. I also support my team by optimising administrative processes and addressing various topics for our digital platforms.

For me, enabling our students succeed in their academic goals, is truly satisfying. Aristotle said that ”The roots of education are bitter, but the fruits are sweet”. I play my part in making the journey to the sweet fruits as enjoyable as possible.

I soak up knowledge like a sponge and enjoy delving into all kinds of topics. Since knowledge production is always a collaborative process, I find the exchange of ideas particularly important and enjoy working with others to further develop their projects.
